Britney Spears was spotted walking around and looking like a complete hilly-billy in Santa Monica April 25. I even got a panty shot for all the pervs.
She looks horrible, what a mess. What is she thinking before going out? She looks like a five year old dressing herself for the first time to go to a tea party.
