Avril Lavigne was spotted walking around in the mean streets of New York Friday and man did she look coked up. Her eyes were wet, her nose was white (inside) and she had the most ridiculous clothes that I have ever seen.
What the hell is up with the old granny pants? Avril is a complete mess.
